Day 17 of 365 - L.S

Thought I’d do this now…nothing interesting will occur in the next 24 hours seen as I am working later on today for a bit. Then my Mum and Dad are leaving me alone babysitting cats…woo :|

Anyway…last night was fucking amazing. Got the word that my babes Juke Kartel were doing a live chat at 1am. So, I went to sleep for an hour then woke back up.

The chat didn’t work so T and Tommy went in their forum. I have never laughed to myself so much in my life. We all guessed the new album name, and they were just general babes.

I honestly can’t wait for them to come here, so I can finally them!

And then this happened, he’s more than a babe.

He kills me.

Day 15-16 of 356.

I did nothing yesterday, except worked. Not worthy of a blog.

Today I hardly did anything but it was soooo funny!

Got up early to go to my little brother’s sports day. Sat with my Mum, Auntie, Nicola and Mark. Mark being like the stud of the dads at our Charlie’s school. All the Mum’s fancy him, it’s hilarious. He’s loaded, single, looks like some sort of football player, supports Chelsea and is actually really nice. Hence why I call him John Terry, to his face, and hence why all the Mum’s fancy him.

Anyway, the sports day was like two hours long. Declan (Mark’s son) is adorable…he’s going to be a stunner when he’s older. For some reason Mark had put him a girls vest and every time he walked past he shouted ‘NICE VEST!.” My Mum and Auntie had to leave for my Grans hair appointment, then Nicola left so I ended up sat on my own with Mark. Omg never laughed so much in my life, literally crying! He was taking the piss out off all the people who basically, needed a bath. Then we walked home (he lives up the street from me).

My Mum and Auntie picked me up and we went shopping. My Mum bought me THE nicest bedding for my new bedroom, cost her £70. I ain’t complaining! Had some dinner then I went and picked our Charlie up…Mark decided to smack me on my sunburn. Nice move…twat.

The reason I know Mark, is from when I did my work experience at this same little school. Declan was attached to me for the whole two week, and I’m still his ‘best mate’ ha.

Came home, Mum bought us Mcdonalds (It’s my free day, yay) and an ice cream.

So, a good day. For once…just seriously burnt.

Day 12-16 of 365 - L.C

Ok, so I’ve been at work all week. Leaving my house at 7:30 and getting home about 7. Its fricking long. However, I have earnt more in the last 3 days than I would in a month at my Saturday job.. and it is only for 6 weeks.

Its on this industrial estate which also has the headquarters for Disney UK and the Discovery Channel. I thought that was pretty cool. Im just doing general office stuff.. filing, taking calls, eating buscits. There’s also a hot french man in the office. He doesn’t speak much english, but thats not important.

Hopefully i’ll have something more interesting so say at the weekend.

Day 14 of 365 - L.S

Did I let a good thing go?

….

NO.

Day 13 of 365 - L.S

So…a lot of people ask my about my skin care regime on formspring and stuff, so I thought I’d do a post about that.

When I wake up I like to use a facial wash on my face just to get rid of any dirt/sweat from over night that has clogged in my pores.

At the moment I’m using ‘Dermalogica Wash Off’

It costs £14.30 for a 180ml bottle.

Most of these products are part of my routine at the moment because it stops me having breakouts.

After my skin has dried (do not rub the towel all over your face, you must pat dry) I use a matte moisturiser, which contains no added oil.

I use ‘Dermalogica Welcome Matte’.

It contains spf15. Your daily moisturiser should always contain an spf, even if the sun isn’t out! This costs £15.35 for 60ml.

When I’m taking my make-up off I use ‘Nivea Visage Gentle Cleansing Wipes for Dry/Sensitive Skin’ I absolutely love these, they’re soft and don’t aggravate my skin. They cost £3.29 for 25 wipes.

Next I take some cotton wool and remove all other traces with ‘Garnier Clean and Fresh Complete Cleansing Milk’ this costs £3.15 for 200ml.

Next I use the ‘Dermalogica Ready Set Scrub’. This costs £14.30 for 75ml.

I apply this scrub on my face whilst dry, leave for 5 minutes and then you lather and rub it on your face…it really leaves my skin so clean!

After the scrub I use a toner.

I use the ‘Dermalogica All Over Clear’. Basically it’s really simple to use because it comes in a spray bottle and you just spray it all over your face, not liberally. This costs £12.30 for 120ml.

Last but not least I use a moisturiser.

I either use the ‘Dermalogica Bedtime for Breakouts’ blemish gel if I’m having a bad skin day - £14.30 for 60ml.

Or I will just use the ‘Simple Night’ moisturiser.

It is really important you use a moisturiser specifically for the night. They contain ingredients which help your skin heal over night, unlike day creams. Also, do not use facial creams around the eye area. It is much more sensitive and the skin is thinner, general face creams are much to harsh for this area.

Also, you must decide which skin type you are. There’s differences between lotions and creams. Different washes with different uses. Ingredients can also interfere with your skin type.

Day 12 of 356 - L.S

Today I started my new healthy life (I do this every so often and fail because I crave chocolate/crisps or something).

Trying to get rid of the main carbs at the moment…bread is definitely out.

The main reason I’m doing it is to increase my energy and to stop myself feeling so sluggish all the time. Yes, I would love to lose weight along the way but it’s not my main priority.

I practically starved myself today…not gonna lie. Although I didn’t do it on purpose.

For breakfast I had a yogurt, for dinner I had a smoothie and for my tea I’ve just had an omelette with some ham and a salad. Not very practical, but I’ve been busy working.

Picked up the pace when I walk to work which is a mile and a half there and back. I felt the burn and it felt good.

Day 11 of 365 - L.C

I didn’t do much today. Thouroughly boring post. Had to check out of the hotel by 11, got a black cab to London Bridge, got the train home. Slept, ate, watched Big Brother and Russell Brand. I actually well like him, I used to think he was vile and rude but I read his book and its really good. It shows that he’s clever and witty and doesn’t resort to sex jokes to make you laugh. I think its because he comes from near me and was talking about places I go to aswell. I do think he’s one of the best comedians of our generation.

Then I slept. Enthralling. L.C xo

Day 10 of 365 - L.C

Prom. The pictures are in chronological order.. ie I get sweatier and drunker.

And my personal favourite..

The hotel was gorgeous, our rooms were massive. We made a video that I will post later on my tumblr because its so funny. Sat with all my besties for dinner then had a bit of a dance. Haha, when Eeniee Meanie came on they all grabbed me. I love my friends to pieces and its sad that this is basically the end. We had to go to school in the day and I cried when everyone sang Don’t Stop Beliving at Grad. It was an amazing night that I’m not gonna forget.

Townley Gash ftw. LC xo

Day 9 of 365 - L.C

Went to see Les Mis with the gorgeous Sophie. Went round Sarah’s in the morning. Me, her and Jenni ended up watching music videos for 3 hours and talking about how we fancied Proffessor Green. Went home, got changed drove to the O2, got the tube up there met the northerners. I really do like those girls, (and I’m not just saying this because I know L will read this) they’re really lovely people. I wish i’d taken some more pictures.. I didn’t actually take any. Then went to Nando’s and the theatre. It was wierd being there again because we’d been there twice to meet him before. The first time being the best due to the minimal amount of people. Its kinda sad that that rarely happens nowadays cause I get the impression they (or Nick anyway) would spend a lot more time talking to people. It was 3 weeks to the day that this picture was taken..

Anyway, the show was great. It did seem to drag on a bit compared to other westend shows I’d been to, but thats probably the nature of the story. Samantha Barks was amazzzzzzing. I genuinely didn’t think Camilla was that good. She’s obviously an incredible singer but I don’t think her voice suited the style? I dunno. Nick was greaaaat, he wasn’t as strong as the other singers, but I guess that doesn’t really matter. When he was on stage he was literally all I looked at. I’m glad I’ve been because it was an amazing opportunity. Overall, a really good day.. im kinda sad its over.
